At Almaghili International Academy, our program and curriculum are thoughtfully designed to provide a holistic education across all levels, integrating Western academic excellence with Islamic teachings. Our goal is to foster well-rounded, morally grounded, and intellectually empowered students who are equipped for success both in this life and the hereafter. Our curriculum is divided into four main sections, each tailored to meet the developmental and academic needs of our students:

Preschool Section

In our Preschool Section, young learners are introduced to the joy of learning through a balanced blend of play-based and structured activities. Here, students begin to explore basic academic concepts in an environment that encourages curiosity, empathy, and early independence. Alongside introductory subjects, we incorporate Islamic teachings that help nurture their character and instill foundational Islamic values.

Basic Section (Basic 1 to Basic 5)

The Basic Section spans five years, covering Basic 1 to Basic 5. This stage introduces students to core subjects such as Mathematics, English Language, Basic Science and Technology, Social Studies, and Arabic Language, alongside Islamic studies. Our curriculum is designed to build critical thinking, creativity, and social responsibility, providing a solid academic foundation that supports students' intellectual and moral growth. This section ensures students develop into disciplined, respectful individuals grounded in Islamic values, preparing them for the challenges of higher education.

Upper Basic Section (JSS 1 to JSS 3)

Our Upper Basic Section, covering Junior Secondary School (JSS) 1 to 3, is an essential stage where students build on their foundational knowledge while engaging with more advanced topics. Subjects include Mathematics, English Language, Basic Science and Technology, Business Studies, Social Studies, Basic Computer Programming, and Arabic Language, along with comprehensive Islamic studies. We focus on developing students' critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and personal responsibility, setting them up for success in the Post Basic Section and beyond.

Post Basic Section (SSS 1 to SSS 3)

The Post Basic Section includes Senior Secondary School (SSS) 1 to 3 and offers a specialized curriculum through three academic departments: Science and Technology, Arts and Humanities, and Commercial and Business. Students delve deeply into subjects aligned with their academic and career interests, receiving targeted preparation for tertiary education and professional aspirations. Through a curriculum that balances Western academic rigor with Islamic teachings, we prepare students to excel academically, ethically, and spiritually, ready to contribute positively to society.

Islamiyyah Section

Our Islamiyyah Section is dedicated to cultivating a deep understanding of Islam, focusing on the recitation and memorization of the Quran and hadith. Students learn the fundamentals of the religion, including Tauheed (monotheism) and Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence), based on the curriculum set forth by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Education. Through this program, students develop a profound connection with their faith, equipping them with the knowledge and discipline to practice Islam thoughtfully and purposefully in their daily lives.
